The First Day of Fall

Greeting Autumn in Central Florida

Along our stretch of beach-side paradise, the seasons turn slowly and reluctantly for the most part. The only noticeable difference we will see during the early weeks of fall are lengthening afternoon shadows, and a drop in humidity—if we are lucky.  Still, the calendar tells us that autumn arrives today, and like most folks, it makes us think of shorter, cooler days, holidays approaching, and pumpkin lattes.

Greeting Autumn in Central Florida

With the passage of Hurricane Irma not yet two weeks gone, we are still very aware that the Atlantic storm season continues in full sway. We will not breath with complete ease again until sometime in November. Our area was spared the very worst Irma had to offer, but we are still in many cases cleaning up and repairing the extensive damage she left in her wake.

D.G. Meyer Inc. sends out our hopes and prayers for a swift recovery for all affected. We ask for your understanding regarding any interruptions of our own service caused by Irma.  Our business location was hampered by a full week of power disruption, but we did our best to serve our community in the meantime. if you need Service in the aftermath of the storm or in preparation for the fall season, we will do our best to promptly respond to your call. Contact Us here on the website or by calling (386) 253-7774.

It is a privilege to serve you, Central Florida…
